Ben’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation where he draws from vast experience on both sides of the bar. At the Firm, Mr. Hochberg represents clients in contract disputes, intellectual property matters, healthcare litigation, construction litigation, and false claims litigation across the United States.
Prior to joining Stone & Magnanini, Ben was a Senior Associate with Cullen and Dykman, LLP, where he defended construction managers, project owners, and contractors in various, complex construction disputes in New York and New Jersey. He has successfully defended cases involving catastrophic personal injuries and construction-defect actions with seven and eight-figure claims. Ben has also successfully prosecuted actions on behalf of construction managers and contractors, including but not limited to risk transfer, breach of contract, and delay claims. Mr. Hochberg has firsthand experience in accident investigation and construction audits. He possesses a wealth of experience in all fields of litigation.
Prior to Cullen and Dykman, Ben worked for a large insurance defense firm and a boutique healthcare litigation firm. He has also represented independent retail pharmacies, surgical centers, and healthcare providers across the United States. He has litigated commercial disputes on behalf of pharmacies and health care professionals in both New York and New Jersey. He has also consulted and represented pharmacies in complex disputes with Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBMs), wholesalers, and state regulatory entities.
