Mr. Clore’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. At Stone & Magnanini, Mr. Clore has represented clients in matters involving contract disputes, defamation, and qui tam actions across the United States, involving multi-state health providers. Prior to joining Stone & Magnanini, Mr. Clore was associated with Norris McLaughlin, P.A. where he represented litigants in minority shareholder oppression and theft of intellectual property actions, as well as disputes over corporate governance.
Mr. Clore also served as a Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor, where he headed a trial team investigating and prosecuting white collar criminal matters involving insurance fraud, health care claims fraud, and theft from both private insurers and governmental entities. While serving as a Deputy Attorney General, Mr. Clore received the Prosecutor of the Year Award for outstanding achievements in the administration of justice.
