Fee Structure

In many cases, a “traditional” hourly-fee arrangement remains the most fitting. However, Stone & Magnanini LLP employs flexible compensation and fee arrangements to ensure that each matter has a compensation arrangement appropriate for that client and matter.

Our fee arrangements focus on providing certainty to the client in appropriate cases. In appropriate cases, our arrangements enable us and our clients to “bet” on our ability to generate exceptional results. Depending on the case, we may be open to more creative fee arrangements, including:

• Mixed hourly/success fees
• Flat fees or fee caps
• Blended hourly rates
